- use our appointment request form, available 24/7 – we respond in clinical hours, 8am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday. We will respond within 1 working day during opening times
- phone us on 01942 367600, Monday to Friday, when we are open
- visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist, Monday to Friday, when we are open
When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.

Your appointment
However you choose to contact us we may offer you a consultation:
- by phone
- face to face at the surgery
- on a video call
- by text or email.
Appointments by phone, video call or by text or email can be more flexible and often means the doctor or nurse can help you sooner.
To cancel your appointment:
- use your NHS account (on the NHS website or in the NHS app)
- use your Patient Access account (on the Patient Access website)
- fill in an online form
- reply CANCEL to your appointment reminder text message
- phone us on 01942 367600, Monday to Friday, when we are open
- visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist, Monday to Friday, when we are open
At the surgery we offer some appointments outside of normal surgery hours...
The GP Extended Hours offers appointments with both GPs and Nurses between:
- 6:30pm and 8pm weekdays and
- 10am and 4pm on Saturdays

The appointments are for:
- Cervical Smears
- Contraceptive pill Checks (not the depo provera injection)
- Long Term Condition Reviews
- COP Reviews
- Asthma Reviews
- Diabetic Reviews (annual bloods need to be done a few days before the review date)
- Ischaemic Heart Disease reviews – (annual bloods need to be done a few days before the review date)
- Stroke Reviews
- Atrial fibrillation reviews
- Heart Failure Reviews

- If you have any other access or communication needs.
If you are housebound and need an appointment, we will do a home visit. We will phone you first to understand what you need. To request a home visit, it’s helpful if you phone the practice as soon after 8am as possible on 01942 367600. You can also:
